In this film for the Asics EX89, Dylan Knight metaphorically re-imagined the iconic NBA entrance, following a selected group of style individualists confidently wearing the shoe as they enter their respective creative arena. An ode to the brand’s heritage, the film combines the arrival capture with archival imagery and a mix of mediums such as digital and 35mm film – all of which evoke the late 1980s, when the original GEL-EXTREME was created.
